Vendor Return & Exchange Policies

We stand behind everything we make and sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or refund within one year of purchase. Adam Turman, LLC policies doesn’t cover ordinary wear and tear or damage caused by improper use or accidents.If your item has a defect in its materials or workmanship, such as a tear, hole, or water damage, you can return it at any time.Some of our items are Made-to-Order. Because of the customized nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. (Exceptions of course to printing defects or incorrect item received :)

How do I return?
- Enter your order number in your email
- Describe the items you want to return
- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment.
- They must be in original condition
Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.

We do NOT accept returns of any products. If you wish to cancel an order that you just placed, please email us at service@funatic.com with the order # and we will do our best to cancel it prior to shipment and issue a refund. But please keep in mind we often ship orders quickly and we may not be able to stop the order before it ships.
Northmade Co.
If for whatever reason you want to return or exchange your purchase, we'd be happy to help you out. You may return unworn, unwashed items within 60 days of delivery for a refund, no questions asked. We'll even pay for the shipping on exchanges.
A few things to note:
- All purchases made from our sale section are final sale so we aren't able to process any returns or exchanges on those items.
- If you are sending an item back for a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Additionally, if the original order qualified for free shipping and the order total falls below the free shipping threshold after returns, the outgoing shipping cost may be deducted from the refund.
Returns and exchanges may be done at our storefront in St. Paul.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original shrink wrap. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, in its original shrink wrap. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, and approved it, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at sales@maynardsllc.com.

Unfortunately, due to the products we sell, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is anything you are not happy with or any damage to the product during the shipping process please send a photo with a description and we would be happy to discuss a replacement or refund.

Tare Market
We want you to be 100% happy with your purchase and offer a comprehensive return and exchange policy. Items that are unopened and unused may be returned or exchanged within 30 days with a valid receipt or order number. The amount will be refunded via the original form of payment. If a receipt or order number is not present, items may be returned for store credit issued in the form of a gift card of equal value. Customers are responsible for shipping any items not returned in-store.
All sales on makeup and bulk items are final unless items are damaged. Tare Market is not responsible for any packages that are lost by any mail carrier or stolen. We recommend that you reach out to USPS to file a claim for any lost or stolen packages.
Woolly Bear Knits
Due to the handmade nature of our items as well as hygiene reasons, returns or exchanges are not accepted. Please don't hesitate to contact us with any questions or concerns about your order and we'll work together to make it right.
