About the Artist: Sam Nielsen is a watercolor artist known for her loose, whimsical style. She gets much of her inspiration through the experience of urban sketching and the north shore scenery. Sam particularly enjoys capturing the personality of a sassy seagull, intriguing architecture, and of course... pine trees. Duluth Alphabet is a journey through town that celebrates popular destinations as well as locally known gems.
